What happens next?

You'll receive a confirmation.
We'll email you to confirm your appointment and share anything you'll need.

We verify vaccines.
If you've already sent records, we'll review them. If not, that's okay—we can contact your vet and request them for you. You can also bring records with you the day of the evaluation.

Come on in!
Bring your dog at your scheduled time with a leash and collar (or harness). We'll take it from there.
Required Vaccines:
- Rabies (current)
- Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Not required but recommended:
- Canine Influenza (H3N2/H3N8)
- Flea & Tick Prevention (current)
