1. Service Overview

KIWIdogz provides dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services. These Terms of Use govern your use of our services and website.

2. Booking and Reservations

Bookings are confirmed when we receive your request and confirmation. Appointment dates and times are subject to availability. We will contact you to confirm all bookings within 24 hours.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a full charge
• No-shows will be charged in full

4. Health Requirements

To participate in our services, dogs must:

• Be up-to-date on all vaccinations (DHPP, Rabies)
• Have received vaccines at least 2 weeks before attending daycare
• Be free from contagious diseases
• Not be aggressive or pose a risk to other dogs

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your dog's safety, we are not liable for injuries, illness, or behavioral issues that occur during our care, including those resulting from dog-to-dog interactions. Owners assume all risks associated with daycare participation.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments. Late payment may result in service suspension.

7. Special Requests and Medications

Special dietary needs and medications must be communicated in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee compliance with all special instructions.

8. Behavioral Expectations

Dogs showing signs of aggression or behavior issues may be removed from our facility. Owners will be notified immediately. No refund will be issued for early departure due to behavioral concerns.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
