Do I need to register before scheduling a Playday Evaluation?

No—you can request a Playday Evaluation without registering first. Registration is helpful if you want to explore services or have your information on file, but the evaluation request is the first official step.

What vaccines do I need to upload?

All dogs must have current Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines. We also recommend Canine Influenza. Upload copies of your vet records.

Can I register multiple dogs?

Yes! You can add multiple dogs to your account and manage them all from the same login. Each dog can have their own schedule and services.

What happens after I register?

Once registered, you can book services directly through our portal. If any dog hasn't had a Playday Evaluation yet, you'll need to schedule one before starting daycare or boarding.

Do I have to register to book grooming?

No—grooming can be booked separately through our booking form. Registration is most important if you're using daycare, boarding, or training.
